Single Car Driveway Clean Includes: (30SQM):
- Pre clean surface of the driveway.
- Full soak of the area with safe cleaning detergent.
- Pressure cleaning all driveway with a pressure surface cleaner of the driveway .
- Spot check to make sure all the dirt spots are off the driveway.
- Final rinse of driveway .
External pre painting Softwash
- Softwash all external house including walls, gutters, eaves ,facias and down pipes .
- using a special house wash surfactant to remove all mould , algea, grime and dirt.
- Spot check to make sure all the dirt spots are off external of the house.
- Final rinse .
Backyard Clean Includes:
- Pre clean surface of the Backyard.
- Full soak of the area with environmentally safe cleaning detergent.
- Pressure cleaning all backyard with a pressure surface cleaner of the backyard .
- Spot check to make sure there are no dirt spots left.
- Final Wash of backyard .
Clean and Seal Driveway Includes:
- Pre clean surface of the driveway.
- Full soak of the area with environmentally safe cleaning detergent.
- Pressure cleaning all driveway with a pressure surface cleaner .
- Spot check to make sure there are no dirt spots left.
- Final Wash away driveway
- Sealing with penetrating acrylic sealant(wet look).
Roof Cleaning Package : (Single Story Only)
- Remove all dirt from the roof.
- Roof treated with Mould & Algae remover.
- Pressure wash the roof .
- Spot check to make sure all the areas have mould removed.
- Wash away all dirt and mould.
